"My bathroom mirror was shattered on bottom left. The shower towels and wash rags that were provided had holes in them. The peep hole on front door had a tissue stiffed inside of it because it was shattered previously. I will never book another room at this location. "

"Do not, I repeat DO NOT stay at this property. I had a day trip to Virginia and needed a quick place to stay. When I arrived first red flag were kids playing in the parking lot. Not to say that they can’t play, but it was obvious these kids lived at the property. When I got inside the room, it smelled like cigarettes, the beds were just mattresses on spring frames, pillows were different sizes, bathroom was dirty. Even though the surface of the bed didn’t have any stains, if I had a black light...

"The room walls had mold on them there weren’t any pillowcases on the pillows which were left in a pile on the bed the linen was dirty and the front desk staff was very rude and did not provide good customer service or communication skills "

"It was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this to anyone. Ferry right there to go to Norfolk, Courteous Staff, Spacious rooms, walk in closets. Pools, Pool Tables, Chat Room, Computers, Laundry on each floor, dishwasher. Everything was beyond my expectations. I stayed for one week, and wish I could have stayed a month. The two bedrooms two baths looks like two separated apartments. You will fall in love with this place. I stayed in many places and thought they were great, but by far...
