"A wonderful stay at Don Ferrante in Monopoli. We staying in one of the townhouse rooms and it was beautiful with great amenities. Fantastic shower! Very friendly and helpful staff. "Thymus Residence is just such a different place to stay with breakfast taken just next door to our accommodation in a former medieval church. So many interesting features in the immediate area. We chose a cava suite at Thymus for 3 nights. Simply had to have one of the former cave rooms if you’re going to Matera! Such a different experience to staying in a regular room. But while still visibly a cave architecturally, it had every convenience to a high standard. Absolutely amazing."
