"Let me start with entering the building itself. When you arrive, no one is there, and you’ll be greeted by a gate that won’t open until you enter a passcode. You need to use your cell phone to open it. If you have no service, it won’t work. There are only three parking spots, and the place is tiny, so if you have a bigger car, good luck.
