"Un albergo ad ore: sporco , distante dal dentro in una zona depressa senza nulla intorno. Con TV che dava solo film porno. Servizio taxi inesistente : ho provato a chiamare radio taxi ma non sono riuscita a prenotare ( credo perché lontano dal centro ) "

"Frühstück toll, freundliches Personal. Das einzige war, dass wir am Abend dort nicht essen gehen konnten, da es eine geschlossene Gesellschaft gab und somit keine Kapazität für Hotelgäste. Das geht überhaupt nicht und ist ein schlechter Service !!! "

"This was a great stay. The staff was amazing. The property is beautiful. Although it wasn’t close to downtown, I preferred that since I mostly wanted to rest. So if you’re looking for something not in the immediate tourist area, this is perfect for you. While also noting that a popular shopping center is a short walk away, if you need anything and wanted a quieter day. . "We travelled with 2 children and stayed for 2 nights. Everything worked just fine. Easy checking-in (and out), staffs were very attentive and helpful. The room not very spacious but beds and pillows were comfortable. A little noise from the floor above but negligible. Overall hotel condition looked nice, clean and relatively new. Breakfasts were good, various choices (menu slightly changed for 2 days) and nice quality. Our kids actually enjoyed their foods so always a good reference ^^. We...

"The daily cleaning was not good at all. We tried to explain the issues politely, but nothing improved. The shower and toilet were not cleaned properly.
