"We had an interesting experience with Hotel Bell 3. Arrived at the airport around 10am, and were supposed to be picked up by the hotel's driver. Well, it took us 1hr and 10-15 minutes to clear passport control, and once we got our luggage and went outside, driver was no where around. We called the hotel and they told us that the driver "waited an hour and left". However, he demanded that we pay him just the same. We took an Uber (taxi) to the hotel, which was $98 (quoted $68).

"Disgusting. Booked a room for 2 nights, roughly two months in advance. Afyer hearing nothing ckose to the check i date i began messaging them to ask about parking, check invtime etc. The b&b never responded to my messages that I began sending for 3 weeks before we arrived, and never even bothered to answer the phone upon our arrival. We were left out on the street in Terrasini as they never bothered to honor the reservation. Even Expedia couldn't reach them, absolutely disgusted with this...
