"Great location close to the train station and 10min walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. Clean room. Great breakfast."

"Place was poorly maintained. Shower tiles had black mold, shower door did not shut all the way. Water leaked out to floor. Faucet fixture was broken though it worked, looked very dilapidated. Tiles were missing. Walls were very thin. Can hear anyone pushing their room codes in and conversations. Housekeeping was also noisy as they move their carts and walk around. Front desk staff were not hospitable. They barely noticed when we stepped in or out. No greeting whatsoever. Few hangers in wardrobe....

"Great spot right near Montesilvano beach. Staff very friendly"

"Great place, good price."

"Awesome location right on the beach, walking distance to many bars, shops and cafes. Excellent for families. Very lively. Not a great spot for couples wanting to relax."

"Tutto, struttura nuova. Personale eccellente"

"Limited beach view. Staff and property were great. Love the balcony."

"We liked the beach access with umbrella provided. The breakfast was very nice. Our sixth floor suite had a large balcony with sea as well as mountain views which was spectacular. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were provided with extra pillows which was nice. Only exception was that the air conditioning in our suite did not work. We notified this to hotel and were informed that the air conditioning unit was under maintenance so was not operating. They did not offer to move...
