"The views from the pool were beautiful and the pool was great. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and was delicious. It was an easy walk into the main part of town. No complaints, we would stay there again and will recommend it to friends. "

"It's an impressive property: elegant but not obstentatious, with huge rooms, sitting areas and bathrooms. The minute we arrived the staff was extremely courteous and professional. Everyone acts and looks happy to work there. No detail went unnoticed. They gave us a nice desert and card to celebrate our anniversary. Our meals were delicious and a massage, was one of the best ever! I would book this again in a heart beat. "

"This hotel and staff provides great modern facilities and excellent service. Room, restaurant and pool area all spotlessly clean, modern design, and well looked after. Easy to arrange car hire direct at hotel for good price, and airport transfers via hotel, far cheaper than airport taxi's too. Car hire recommended, as so many beautiful area's nearby, and taxi's/uber's expensive, and can be lengthy wait at peak times, ie evenings. Not that much 'walkable' distance. Castellammare del golfo...

"Nice hotel, lovely staff on reception. Nowhere is walkable from here, though Erice, Trapani a short drive. Great views in see view rooms. No real bar as such just a few hard seats in the restaurant no comfy seats."

"The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. We used the spa service and they were excellent. If I had any complaint it would be that the jacuzzi on the roof bar was broken."
