"This hotel is part of an international airport terminal. The only guests are travelers, usually accompanied my luggage on rollers. Not big wheels, just a little rollers. To design a 600 foot long hallway of rooms with “plush” carpeting, rather than a smooth surface for those rollers to roll on, is simply stupid. Everyone I saw was struggling just to get their luggage to move down an extremely long hallway over that plush carpeting. One person was cursing out loud at the difficulty. It’s...

"Proximité et service de navette très efficace pour l'aéroport de Milano."

"A very nice place to stay."

"We were greated with the question about whether we used Expedia to book. We were told our Hilton number would get us nothing. We were counting on using the shuttle to the airport which is advertised as starting at 6 AM. When we arrived, they said it would not leave until 6:15, but they could book us a taxi to the airport for 50 or 60 euros. They called to confirm and it was 60 euros for a 12 minute ride to the airport. If you are going to allow booking of these properties, you might want to...

"Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Es war alles perfekt."

"Ночевали одну ночь перед вылетом. Большая бесплатная стоянка. Приличный завтрак. Холодильник в номере не работал, но на ресепшен любезно согласились воспользоваться холодильником на кухне."

"Beautiful property, room was clean and of a good size with nice bathroom. Food at the restaurant was good, breakfast in the morning was a pretty standard continental breakfast but still tasted nice. Location is far from anything else, but is perfectly good for an early flight the next day"

"Clean and easy to get to and from airport"

"The location right on the airport grounds is helpful for not having to commute to the airport for morning flights. The staff was nice. The hotel is clean, but not spotless (mold in the showers and bathroom sink), wear marks and scuffs in the halls, etc. Considering the price they charge, I think they could do a bit better. Also, as seems to be common with most high end chains, the internet sign on was not straight forward and required you to provide a plethora of information just to log on (we...

"Wir waren für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in dem Hotel. Es liegt etwas ausserhalb der Stadt. Die Ausstattung etwas älter aber alles sauber und bequem. Sehr hellhörig aber für eine Nacht vollkommen in Ordnung. Pool und Aussenbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, sieht aber gut gepflegt aus. Preise in der Bar i.O. Ganz tolles Frühstücksbuffet!!"

"Everything was great!"

"Good value for money, free parking is great, location is good if you have a car. Hotel room was as expected, the cost of breakfast and use of Spa facilities is extra and a little bit on the expensive side (which is why we did not make use of this). The sound proofing in the rooms is not great, you can hear the noise from the corridor everytime a door is shut or people walk past the room. Beds were comfortable and the room was well maintained. Overall would recommend the hotel based on the...

"Very convenient to train stations Very helpful staff Great breakfast"

"Had a lovely stay here after a long drive. Great location if it’s just a lay over, or for a night before or after flying from Malpensa. I had an annex room which was huge! Huge bathroom too. Private parking space right at the patio door. Nice selection for breakfast. Will definitely use again if in the area."
