I don't know who is rating it as a great place. The room itself was clean and decent but the door lock didn't work right. I ended up just forfeiting my reservation and not staying here."

"I was there for 6 responding to the fire disaster recovery. So I appreciated someplace to lay my head at the end of the day. Things that need improvement: the lampshade needed replacing."

"I had to keep calling the front desk to fix the toilet cause it wouldn’t flush and or fill up with water. The beds were very used and it felt like I was sleeping on a hill and would roll into the middle. I had to keep getting a new room key cause it would stop working after a use. The lobby smelled like a sewer. The staff were friendly and helpful."
