"From the moment we booked this trip, the staff at the hotel were very communicative and very easy to work with. We stayed with them for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were so kind and helpful. They gave us suggestions of places to go and things to do. "My husband and I stayed for 5 nights for our annivesary. The hotel has a beachy wellness vibe and was recently renovated. It would be a great place for a couple, friends, or a solo traveler to stay (not super little kid friendly). The staff were really nice, and there are 2 good restaurants and 2 small pools, one on the 2nd floor and one on the rooftop. In reality, it seems like people only went to the 2nd floor one b/c the rooftop one was tiny and had no shade. The hotel is on a dead end and...

"Very relaxing and quiet. No TV. We had a room which had a full hammock. It was heavenly! I took a couple of naps in it. Be sure to bring DEET or your favorite mosquito repellent. Although the bedroom itself is nicely air-conditioned, the hammock area and shower are semi-outdoors, although of course secluded but mosquitoes get in."

"It had been a long time I stayed here but this hotel has had better times. While the pool area is nice, it was under renovation during our stay. The beds are decent but the bathrooms are in need of a freshen up; also, curtains were kind of torn, sink had no drain stopper, shower was rusty and the mouldings need repair/replacement.
