"They are currently renovating. I have to say that though there were renovations going on I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the hotel was. My only complaint was that our room was filled with moisture. It had a musty smell that was hard to take in when you walked in. There was so much moisture in the room that the clean towels were wet and there was condensation on things. I asked the front desk if they had a dehumidifier or something that could be used and was told that they didn’t have...

"Clerk put me on third floor with no elevator and did not give me the option to pay more for a ground floor room and I have a disability. I had to remove the tank lid to flush the toilet and the desk chair had a ripped seat. Will never stay again"

"We were visiting family for several days and utilized the gym, laundry, pool and breakfast service. Everything was top notch! The staff are very helpful and friendly and we were greeted by every employee we saw while here. The housekeeping staff were also excellent. We will always book this hotel going forward!"

"The staff is SUPER friendly. The hotel on the other hand is a dump. Run down, and smells like sewage. It is right next to a Waffle House though!"

"We stayed in the Airstream trailer called Loretta. It was beautiful! The setting by the lake was beautiful too. There was a fire pit with chairs and supplies to make s'mores too. There was a restaurant on-site, but we brought our own food. We wish we could have enjoyed the outside areas more, but it was just too hot the day we were there."
