"I had an absolutely wonderful five-day stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Doha. Everything was amazing from beginning to end — the service, the facilities, the atmosphere, and especially the warmth and professionalism of the staff. A very special thank you to Ikbal, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. His excellent service and attention to detail made me feel truly welcomed and looked after. People like him make a real difference in the guest...

"Room was good. Was booked for 11 pm. Was told it was not available, but they'd get it ready. Was ready by 12:15 am. They had other rooms, but they were lower quality than what I paid for."

"Amazing, caring and incredibly helpful staff! I became very unwell towards the end of my holiday, and the staff, especially the nurse and management, went above and beyond to support me and my daughters. They helped arrange an ambulance, supported me, and assisted with my medication. Being unwell away from home with young children was difficult, but their kindness and care made such a difference. I’m truly grateful for everything they did. If I return to Qatar, I will definitely stay here...

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely brilliant stay at The St. Regis Doha. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff genuinely make this hotel — professional, welcoming and always happy to help without it ever feeling forced. The butler service was a great touch and everything was handled effortlessly. My sea-view room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the hotel itself feels properly luxurious throughout. The pool and beach area are excellent, the gym is very...

"I would rather be given what I paid for rather than be treated nicely by staff after having had to complain. Booked two rooms, both had to be changed because they were not what were expected. I communicated with the Hotel about the need for two twin rather than one king bed and they would only say 'subject to availability'. On getting there, there were no twin beds. A complaint to the manager resulted in changing our room to one with twin beds the same night. So it was possible but they couldnt...
