"It seemed as if they hadn’t changed the sheets between stays because one of them was noticeably dirty so we had to get new sheets and change them ourselves. The towels were so rough as to be exfoliating. They should replace the carpets with a hard surface that would be easier to clean because the whole room smelt like it used to be a smoking room but they tried to cover up so it just smelled bad.
