"Restrooms and shower areas were dirty. In the morning when we went for breakfast, there was a container that bread. This container had cockroaches in them. The kitchen area had cockroaches climbing the walls. Overall dirty place"

"I called and messaged ahead of time that my flight is delayed so I will be checking in late. When I arrived the hotel was closed and was locked up- gate had a huge ped lock. We couldn’t get in. We had to find a different accommodation. Very disappointing. Want my refund back."
