"Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. I had a horrible experience at a nearby hotel and they welcomed me with open arms, easy and fun to speak with, and incredibly animating if me and my bicycle which I was touring with. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!!"

"We've stayed at this particular hotel few times and it's usually fine but this time our room was really in disrepair. It had a strange smell and just had an unclean feel to it which could have been due to all the things that needed to be repaired. Staff was friendly although the girl who checked us in double-charged me. Luckily it was remedied fairly quickly the next morning. Breakfast is pretty slim abd basic but gets the job done."

"Firstly, it wasn’t the Radford Inn. Had a very difficult time even finding the property because it was actually a Quality Inn, that by the way had no address signage on the outside of the property. Room was filthy and smelled, stains everywhere. Luckily we were only there for a minimum amount of time."

I was concerned at first because I didn’t know how to check in, left a message through the app, and the owner/manager replied right away and sent me all the info. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but make sure to place the order at least the night before using the form or QR code in the room so they can prepare it for you. I will go there again."
