"We had an excellent stay at this hotel during our visit to Vaishno Devi. The staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and prompt service. Everyone was polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to Mr. Tilak Raj at the reception. He was extremely cooperative .
