"Great location, all the staff were really lovey. Food was fabulous. Would come back again.
We had a misunderstanding with couple of the independent businesses onsite, and I was impressed that the hotel advocated for us and solved the problem for us. I felt super safe. Thank you.
El Gouna is my new favourite holiday destination from now on."

"Absolutely amazing place to stay for me as a snorkler / diver / swimmer. Amazing reef access just a short walk from the hotel.The accomadation is great quality, the staff are all fantastically helpful and attentive and the food is outstanding. I was really well looked after for my special dietry requirements. Great facilities - sauna, gym, bar , pool , outdoor games, yoga, free suttle service. "

"The food is various and delicious. You always fond something. They prepare also extra food of you need, they help you wherever you want it.
The gym is nice, perfect temperature good music. The dumbbell selection could be more, as the jumps between the weights are too high. Other hotels are better here.
People super friendly, pool area great, animation not too pushy but also present, perfect. Evening program funny and differs every day, entertaining.

"We booked this hotel from Expedia. Their listing about this room is not clearly to show up THIS IS NOT Marriott! We thought we got the good bargain with this 5 star hotel accommodation, in the end we stayed the room is called “Suites Serviced by Marriott, Hurghada”.
Moreover, worse than that is Expedia booking system doesn’t show up to the Hotel which we already finished the payment when we booked the room!
Check in and confirm payment already done took us over 1 hour for waiting. This...
