"BW Swiss Clock is old. The room is sufficient for a one-night stay. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The ladies who worked there were very kind and helpful."

The rooms are always clean. The front desk staff are fantastic. The maids are always very sweet. We like to tip them since we do add a little dog hair."

"I would have given it Five Stars except for the Auto blinds that are a design defect of the Hilton Hotel Group. I was injured by the blinds and was given a comped stay for my injuries. It was not due to any fault of the staff and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very well received. They insisted I go to the emergency room and they would pay for it. It was a beautiful room and we expect to stay there again. I could not have asked for a better stay (except for my accident)...
