"This place is amazing. If you are looking for something unique with over 500 years of history then this is the place. The dining rooms are covered in pictures from the poems of Jean de la Fontaine, because why not. The staff are also really friendly."

"L'hôtel est assez éloigné du centre ville de Château-Thierry. Ne comptez pas aller manger au restaurant à pied depuis l'hôtel c'est impossible, il faut obligatoirement prendre la voiture. Sinon l'hôtel est propre et calme, la chambre était impeccable, la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais le choix est assez limité."

"Beautiful old house with lovely large rooms and a large walled parking area. Excellent onsite small restaurant so book in advance. Owner has a beautiful wine selection as well. Too cold to use the pool but we loved walking along the river that runs in front of the house. Very close to good champagne houses and an 20 minute drive to larger walking villages and beautiful dining options. The owners/managers were very kind and helpful for touring suggestions. "

"Pretty noisy as the walls are very thin. You can hear everything going on in the rooms near by. Also the bed was very small. No tea and coffee in the room . Parking was excellent and the staff were Pleasant. "
