The day we arrived, the hotel had experienced a power outage but extra kudos to the staff for handling it with calm professionalism. We had no issues checking in, power outage and all. "The pool is disgusting. Probably has been clean in years. Full of hair. The deck was full of hair. Took my kids swimming there when they got out they’re covered in hair of other people. Hotel room seem perfectly clean. Check in clerks were very kind. However, while we were there, it was very loud kids running around up and down the halls, despite the 11 PM quiet time. "Room was clean. Property was always kept clean. Check in process smooth. Most of the staff were friendly. Some staff at the restaurant during breakfast buffet were rude and only seem to cater to certain racial ethnicities. Were not asked for coffee nor refills even though some people were offered. Buffet selection was not the greatest and they kept the same menu everyday"

"Dated carpet, blinkinh lights at the sauna, swim pool & hot tub looks dated as well. Stayed 2 nights and put a sign to clean the room the next morning. Nobody cleaned the room qnd put suppliea. Nobody cleans or vacuum the carpet floors (hallways and room)"
