"We arrived at 1 PM on the day of the World Cup final and were told our room would be ready at 4. No problem. We asked where we could watch the game while we waited and were told, "On your iPhone." "I recently stayed one night at Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort Kelowna, and unfortunately the experience fell far below expectations. "The resort itself was beautiful and the staff for the most part were amazing. They provide feee treats in the evening and very relaxed and helpful. We had a dog and although very accommodating we were not able to eat on the patio because of surrounding wildfires which we understood but literally all the other restaurants including one 5 mins walk away had their patio open so that was frustrating. The other issue was that we never had our room cleaned even though we asked for it to be done. After...

"I did not like mattress it feels like it is low on sides and high in middle leaving one with an uneasy feeling ov rolling off bed als didn’t like pillows too hard? Service was good employees friendly We would stay again !! Breakfast was great"
