The desk clerk was not at the desk when I got there and it took about 5 minutes for him to show up after I called on the house phone. It then took another 5 to 10 minutes before my room key was ready. Why did I even pre-check in. In the room I was supposed to get a king size bed, it turned out to be a queen."

"The Copa is a classic drive up to your room motel with renovated rooms. Our room was spotless. Shower pressure and temperature were excellent and there was a variable pressure shower head. Coffee in the room. This was probably the nicest independent motel that we have stayed in. The staff gave us a recommendation for breakfast at a cafe downtown"

"The customer service was outstanding but when I walked into my room I was happier than I have been in any motel in Hutchinson throughout the last 4 years they are so clean I am a cleaner I've been one for 22 years and this was the first time and I don't know how long I didn't have to clean the bathroom before I took a bath and they are so nice"

"This home is beautiful and has every single thing you would need. It has stuff you would never know you need. The hosts are ever better. They communicate, leave gifts, bring baked goods, and are available for anything. We loved everything about this property. 12 Stars!"
