"The room was kind of a dumb for a Hyatt, broken furniture rugs stick it up in the air they only changed my towels twice in 2 weeks and came in to clean once. The staff was great aren't you at the front desk was wonderful and so were the two Ashley's at the bar."

"I liked our room it was very clean and smelled so good the only thing was there was not enough light in the bathroom, the tv blocked the mirror, there was no soap in the bathroom but they did give us some soap. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you need them. What I did not like was the motorcycle parked in between the two benches where customers should be able to go out and sit and enjoy outside without there being a motorcycle illegally parked by park benches right outside the pool...

"We were there for 3 days. We did not get any room service. We had to ask for coffee, cups, and creamer. We also did not get trash removed from the room. We also thought that the prices for breakfast items were too expensive."
