"The hotel rooms are in need of a facelift/updating. The room that I was in wasn't cleaned too well, with hairs and crumbs scattered about. It seemed the hot water was a hit or miss while taking a shower...starts off warm and then goes cool. "

Room was booked for 2, and only one set of everything was provided and then on checkout, they had audacity to say there’s a missing robe. Like seriously? Toiletries were small and again, one tiny bottle of each provided. Had to purchase on own. Showers were terrible. Every ten seconds, the water temperature would change from...

"The 1st room was facing the street,, traffic noises all night,, did not sleep much,the staff was wonderful,changed to a quite room, but the mattress was bad,,, The morning buffet was very poor in their selections,only watermelon,,a few sides. Beautiful looking hotel inside and out,,,"
