"Everything"

"Front desk staff was very friendly. Room had a damp smell and booked for 4 adults and 1 child but room only had two beds. Little small for 5 people. Also the pool light that is supposed to be attached and built in wall was detached and just floating."

"The rooms are nice sized and clean. The breakfast does not offer a large selection but is a nice starter for the day."

"Air conditioning was window unit. Loud, not great. Grounds were overgrown with weeds. Parking lot looked sketchy. The back door wasn’t locked. Usually room key entry. It was wide open day and night. Breakfast was sparse. Juice machines didn’t work. Coffee watered down. Horrible. Hot water in shower lasted 2 minutes. In town on CMA weekend so not a lot of options."

"The room was clean and the hotel overall was clean. The staff was friendly, but nothing really stands out. The breakfast was average and always busy. The air conditioning was cold and worked well."

"If you’re looking for a cheap stay for four days then this works. It’s abt 20 mins away from BNA airport. It’s small and parking is pretty limited if you’re going during a busy weekend. We enjoyed our stay! There’s a couple of things that did stand out to us, the room smelt like cigarettes as if someone before us was smoking in the room, the tub was super slippery I end up slipping and falling the first night trying to shower."

"There is a lot to like about this hotel. Our room was clean and pleasant..Very comfortable. Totally Adequate bath. Nice tv and couch. When my husband and I needed separate space, there was a social/business area downtown where it was possible to read or write. There was similar outdoor space if we had not wanted to hang out in our room. The staff were constantly helpful and pleasant. There was a very pleasant breakfast area. I wanted something small and protein packed so I ordered two eggs...

"Very thin pillows and blankets....cigarette burns in the blankets and all over the tub. No microwave or fridge in the room. Definitely not worth the money that they are asking for!"
