"The location is perfect. Near to almost everything, the room is clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I would like to say thank you to Zarina who is in charge of breakfast room. She goes above and beyond. Great service and kept the place clean and tidy. "

"Booked online when I got there front desk guy said I needed drivers license for the room my credit card somehow wasn’t enough. Tried explaining I was waiting on a new license but had another proper ID with all my same updated proper information on it matching with my credit card. Guy rudely told me didn’t care can’t take it. Then when I asked if they could refund said he can’t do that on his part, so I was just quietly sitting on a chair my phone trying to see what I could do on my end for it....

"The hotel has been closed down for over a year and Expedia did not update their system. Over a year!!! We arrived after a long flight with two young kids only to find out there is no place to stay. And there was a summer long weekend on top of everything. The Expedia virtual chat is a joke."

"Pas de port du masque par le personnel. Aucune prestation petit déjeuner (pas de box). Hôtel bruyant. Malheureusement, notre voisin aimait écouter fort la télé à partir de 4h30 tous les matins...
Le personnel est très serviable et le confort est correct pour le prix payé. L’emplacement est assez avantageux. "
