"The absolute best staff ever, I stayed at hundreds of hotels and this had in all departments great helpful people , every single on , they need praise because you r my hotel when I want to take a break Also the having the water slide and pool separate amazing , the rooms so nice a clean , the beds comfy and breakfast yummy . "Email sent after I requested info on checkin saying we were on our way-telling us we needed to bring towels. Someone working on shower when we arrived and did not get it fixed. Not enough amenities for number of people it says accommodates. Photos online must have been taken a few years ago-interior is well used."

"Every aspect from checkin until departure was smoothly and efficiently performed. Staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and welcoming. I left an item in the room and was boarding my flight when I realized it. I made a quick call to the hotel and had housekeeping check. Called me back to verify it was found and would be waiting for me at the front desk when I returned. Thank you Acclaim personal. I will be back for further stays.."
