"I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious and the room was gorgeous! I had a large tub and shower and lots of room. It was close enough to walk to the main attractions of Antigua Guatemala. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"We went to the sister hotel for our free drinks and waited a long time, but they didn’t bring them, so we left. To our great surprise, there then was a knock on our hotel door with the delivery of the drinks!"

"We found bedbugs in our bed, we went to the front desk to talk about the situation and they did not offer any type of solution, they said the hotel was full and nothing they could do, only remove the bed sheets. Under the bed were dry leaves, mold and dirt, they haven’t clean under it for days or weeks. The shades were full of mold and moisture, awful experience, do not recommend this property."
