"This is older property that the owner put a lot of effort into to fix it up quite nicely. Interior finishes are inventive and good looking throughout. Rooms are same but handicapped by old basic room architecture. But everything is very clean with nicest towels you will find anywhere. Breakfast was better than many so no complaints there. Exterior landscaping was simarly nicely done. Fine choice in Gunnison."

"Check in was quick and easy, parking was good. The room was clean, shower pressure was great. Great location, can walk to bars and restaurants. Only complaint was the vanity light did not work and turned on and off randomly. I did not try the breakfast, so cannot comment on that. The motel is older but was great for the weekend. "

"Needs a lot of maintenance. Toilet was wobbly and seat was loose, tub fauce was dripping, burnt out light bulbs. Need filters on HVAC, fumes from vehicles pulled into room. Called before booking to verify ADA accessibility and was told it was. Bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible and room is barely accessible.
