"A few niggles getting into my room but this was quickly rectified. Service was great. Alisha looked after me on arrival, and was very helpful. The lock on the door was faulty so she ensured this was sorted out as I needed to pop out. True to her word was resolved on return. Very friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Room was nice and clean. Nice view of the brook from the window. No evening meals at the moment, but there are two pubs across the road, one of them offers a 10%...

Located in the centre of Watford, and conveniently situated 2 minutes walk from the station, this is now my go to for stays in Watford and for business trips to London. If you're looking for a historical twee experience, go for this. The cost of the hotel and meals is inexpensive and good quality, the breakfast basic continental but Ok. We loved it."
