"Clean room and courteous staff"

"Excellent check in process, nice property, very clean, great AC in the bedroom. Very quiet and secluded, really reminded me of a cottage. Not much around that you can walk to but overall it was a really nice spot with excellent hosts."

"I arrived around 6pm to find out I needed a code to get inside the room, I never receive that code from the property manager, I tried to contact the property but no luck, I had to deal with Expedia for 2 hrs in the phone to find me another place to stay which was 30 min drive from where I was, it is the property job to make sure their guest have that code before arriving. "

"Had to change rooms which took 2 days to arrange as the first room I would rate as 1* with very outdated amenities and bathroom not fit for use. Changed room was slightly better, but wouldn’t return to this resort."

"The room was clean and we had a pretty view of the ocean from the 9th floor. I do think it was a waste of money for the upgrade to diamond club but we only only used the butlers for dinner reservations. The spa was amazing, seriously the best massage!"

"I told them 2 months in advance while booking that I would be celebrating my 50th birthday. The room had no decorations or any birthday sash on the door. The day before check out they placed a sash on the door. The grounds near the room were unkept with food laying on the floor for hours. I didn’t enjoy the food options. I did not enjoy my stay. There’s so much more I can say but I’d rather not."

"The property was well maintained with beautiful flowers and grounds. The beach is beautiful great for swimming and an abundance of beach furniture. There are yellow flags to guide you but I did not see a lifeguard. The rooms are clean with basic amenities but a bit dated still using keys and safety box uses a removable lock. "Staff was FANTASTIC!! Can’t say enough about how warm and friendly and hard working at least the staff I interacted with were . The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. If you are looking to just lay on a beach, this is not the resort for you. The view is beautiful from a beachfront room however, you can’t go and walk on to it and lay nor go into the water. "My ocean view cottage was perfect. I was able to enjoy the sunrise every morning for my 1 week stay. The staff was very attentive to my needs from housekeeping to the restaurant staff. I can’t wait to return."
