"Well located in the heart of the city, the hotel is easy to find with ample secure parking just over a semi private road. My room had a balcony off the large living room but the view was of the busy street below. At night the street noise was minimal. They offered ear plugs as well. There was a small kitchenette with a small bar sink, mini refrigerator and microwave with a few dishes. An electric kettle with teas and coffee was also provided. "Friendly staff. But I didn't appreciate I paid for 3 of us to a room but only 1 can get free breakfast. My kids felt left out and didn't enjoy not getting breakfast not even for 1 day free with they 10 days stay. Not kids friendly at all. Overall ok hotel for couples."

"All the staff were very friendly! The AC in my room was making extra noise and therefore disturbed my sleep. The staff tried to resolve the problem but without success. They said a new unit would be installed nevertheless it wasn’t done. The hotel is quite worn and could use some touching up. Again very friendly staff all the way."

They have a $300 TT pass for the day and the building was terrible the facility the whole surround in everything is terrible is degrading. I believe that Expedia shall not entertain the Alecia‘s palace anymore. It’s false advertisement. It’s not up to the standard at least for me. "If your looking for a family stay on a budget, with breakfast, then this is the place for you. Don't have any high expectations. The pools are the best thing about the location and the keep it well maintained. Great location in the city. The building and the rooms were a bit old fashioned and can do with some TLC. The eating area can do with some table cloths and some love as well. The staff was polite and helpful. They offered us a better room. Good WiFi."

"The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. "
