"Lovely boutique hotel with a personal touch We enjoyed our stay at Atoq San Blas. It’s a lovely small boutique hotel with great rooms, and the bathrooms were good overall. The location was convenient, with a laundromat and pharmacy nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, even before we arrived. The thoughtful little welcome note and cookies were a lovely touch and made the experience feel very personal. One area for improvement would be the towels. Although they were clean and...

"It was absolutely beautiful in every way. Service, the ambiance - just a fantastic experience. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is located on a steep hill. No taxi will pick up or drop off here. You have to walk up the hill from the town plaza. The bath room had an awful smell the whole time. There is no sound proofing at all. We could hear the people across the hall and the staff in the kitchen down below."

"Our favourite hotel in Peru so far. The beds were comfy, the view overlooking the city is spectacular, hot showers and the biggest spread for breakfast. Its a bit of a walk up the narrow streets but so quiet and peaceful once you arrive. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. We Highly recommend."

"After we checked out, they stored our bags for free for 2 days until we checked back in after our Machu Picchu trip. Excellent service overall."

"Wear earplugs. It’s super loud from the bar next door. We couldn’t sleep because the music went on until 10am. It started at 7pm. The hotel is nice and aesthetically pleasing but if you want a quiet nights rest I wouldn’t recommend this place The location is very centralized, easy to get to the plaza and restaurants"

"The place was beautiful. I chose it for how beautiful and well thought out it looked, and honestly I was amazed at all the art and beauty. The mattress and beddings were incredibly comfortable. The decor in the bedroom was beautiful. The water was hot in the shower with great pressure. The common areas were dreamy, with plants, beautiful chairs, and art. The breakfast was also delicious! I appreciated the free coca tea that really helped me on my first morning. The location was absolutely...

"For solo women travellers, the area the hotel is located in is very safe for walking. Its about 10min walk from the main attractions. The hotel has 24 hrs person in the reception area and they keep the lobby locked at all times (doorbell for access). Uber does come to this location and it's cheap (about 6 sols) to go to the plaza des arms if you don't feel like walking. If you are getting tours, they were able to pick up from this area but you would have to check with the specific...

"I messaged the hotel beforehand that I will check in late as I am coming from Machu Picchu. I asked them to make sure that someone is in the reception to open the door for me. And Rodrigo was there to open the door for me. He even put the bag I asked them to store for me while I was in Machu Picchu in my room."

"Excelente buena ubicación y limpieza"

"Staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Very convenient area for tourists"
