The beach was a minute away, the restaurants were all walking distance, our toddler was very happy with the pool area and the floaties lol I was very impressed with how clean the whole area was, specially our room. "We loved our stay at Zota! The beach was one of our favorite parts—clean, calm, and not crowded at all. The water was crystal clear and the temperature was perfect. The food was excellent, much better than we expected, and the service throughout our stay was warm and friendly. A small issue came up with our final bill, but the hotel handled it professionally, and we really appreciated their prompt help."

"The property was very filthy, carpets have not been washed in a long while, the room was filthy, and there were No Draws, No Safe, No coffee maker. For a Hilton Hotel, this one is a disgrace. Ice machine on my floor was not working, Hotel breakfast was sparse, no waffles or pancakes. In the sunlight you can see that the window in each room are Never cleaned . After one day in this hotel, you realize that it is not the people who work there that are the problem. The problem is with very poor...

"Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience."

"The hotel staff was great, the rooms were nice and spacious with a lot of accommodations BUT my biggest complaint was the fact that only one elevator was working. We spent A LOT of time waiting. I would've definitely given a 5 star rating."

"This property doesn’t feel like a RC hotel. The photos are deceptive. The beach club is a 3 mile shuttle bus ride away. There is only 1 restaurant on site."
