"The staff was amazing and extremely kind. The sheets and bathroom were clean but there were what looked like vomit stains on our curtains. The plate for the door lock was missing. I should have told the front desk but we were only there for a few hours to sleep before our plane took off. I didn’t sleep much because I didn’t feel safe since it was just a mom and son in a room that was missing part of the lock, plus the room next to us at the end of the hall had a missing door knob. "Pretty clean hotel in the heart of downtown. You're close to pretty good restaurants within walking distance, old town is right there for you to take a stroll through. Rooms are pretty clean, fairly modern, and the multi-story parking underneath is great if you're traveling through or are visiting the city for work."

"This place was disgusting, the rooms were dirty-beddings and towels included. The pool was not open. I checked in and left finding somewhere else to stay at my own expense in less than half hour later, this was after requesting a cleaner room (both were dirty). Don’t stay here, it smells like an Ash tray and they might have bugs (bug shedding on bed) , also seemed shady things were going on in the parking lot. Expedia had to contact them and they did not agree to refund me so I had to abide by...

"Missing a light bulb. Room service was knocking on door to clean before 9:00. Maybe a little early. "

"We were super excited for this trip at this hotel, mainly for the pool for my toddler. The pool was filthy and had bugs and hair floating in it. The room they gave us was the only one with a brick wall outside that looked like a party rooftop area and pretty sketchy, but luckily no one wandered up there to look in our windows while we were there. The breakfast was fine, but the floors in the pool area and bathrooms had noticable grime and the floors hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Such a bummer...

"Upon arrival the TV did not work.Called the front desk 4 times and no answer. So I took the remote control to the front desk and exchanged it for another one. Still didn’t work. At 9:00 pm the front desk said they could have a maintenance person check it later. I asked for a discount but the manager refused since we didn’t want to wait until after 10pm for a maintenance person. Terrible service especially since I have been a rewards member for a dozen years."
