"Classic 100 yr. old hotel. Convenient to many downtown restaurants. A lot of construction is going on in downtown Omaha, but with GPS, fairly easy to navigate."

"The start of our weekend there was awful. Apparently if you dont check in and pay by 6 pm they will give your room away on a first come first serve bases. Even though we had a reservation and chose pay at property. Our options were to downgrade wolith no price change or cancel. The night manager was rude and trashy with her language and demeanor. Second our room reaked of paint thinner but after looking turns out they resealed the entire bathroom with silicone and the exhaust fan didnt work so...

"The room on the 2nd day was never cleaned or trash taken out. Towels were left dirty and wet. We used the towels because that’s all we had. Carpet not cleaned or beds made. Would not stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel was extremely kind and the parking attendants very helpfu but room never cleaned however"

"Breakfast is always terrific. There was one working elevator when we arrived, but the second elevator was fixed promptly. Our room A/C stopped working properly. But maintenance was up to fix it minutes after notifying the front desk. Appreciated the quick work."

"So the kids pool area was the highlight. It had slides and water features my 4 year old loved and the breakfast was fine. Nice staff. Room was in good shape. Water pressure low in tub. The hotel overall seemed pretty run down and worn out though. Phones to call front desk werent even connected. Night manager seemed new. Didn't know where shampoo and conditioner were. Probably wouldn't come back."

"Very nice moderately priced hotel. Generously sized bedroom. Bathroom was clean and in good repair. Full hot breakfast with cold options. Would be nice to see some herb tea in the coffee area for a caffeine free option."

"The staff was great, place was clean, pool was just right, breakfast was a simple breakfast, check in and out were as easy as could be. I would recommend and definitely stay again if ever in the area."
