"This is an excellent hotel that combines value, cleanliness, comfort, great breakfast, and good staff. But to be clear, this is not the 5 start luxury hotel. Riyadh is a bustling city with either very fancy and expensive hotels or lower cost non-brand hotels. This makes it tough for travellers to choose value / lower cost options. "Property location and rooms are good. Front desk staff were very cold, almost no acknowledgement even when you are standing in front of their desk. It was hard to get any information. Some bell boys helped me get the local info I needed. Wifi was good in certain parts of suite, not in the bedroom though. They did not do house-keeping during my nights stay, which is fine but they should have at least informed that no housekeeping will be done. Breakfast was decent."
