"We stayed for just one night and were blown away by how stunning the chateau and its views. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and attentive without being fussy. We stayed in the Napoleon suite which had incredible views of the Loire from the balcony. The room itself was huge with beautiful period furniture and features. "This was truly a gem within walking distance to the town centre. We adored the gardens, lobby and resting areas, and the spacious room and the pool. The interior furnishings were luxurious. The owners have great pride in the place and attention to detail shows at every corner. The only letdown was the small number of staff, that impacts the service a bit. Still it is excellent value nd recommend to stay more than a couple days to truly enjoy the place. "

"Localisé en plein centre de Saumur, hotel très accueillant avec des facilités pour les voyageurs a vélo comme nous. La piscine est petite mais appréciable pour la détente et l espace détente très sympa. La chambre est propre même si l espace est un peu restreint ce qui n est pas un soucis pour des vélo randonneurs. Le personnel est très accueillant et très à l écoute avec de bonnes recommandations de restaurant dans notre cas. "
