"The hotel smelt like smoke throughout the hallways and the stairways. We told the front desk we had an emotional support animal and they still wanted to charge us a fee. They also gave us a room that had an odor of BO from un washed bedding. If we weren’t there to just sleep and leave we wouldn’t have stayed."
