"Clean spacious rooms that were very quiet. The a/c could have been better because it was only 75 outside and it was not sufficiently cold. I paid for the breakfast buffet and it was very good with excellent service. Would highly recommend Swizzle restaurant. Top not. Excellent food and great service. Drinks were excellent too.Great view of the river."

"I enjoyed my stay very much. The only thing that I had a problem with was the room we were given was not clean. There was an old drink, a used towel and tissue left in the room on the bed. Someone also used the restroom and didn't flush. I was upset about that but went back down and given another room. Although happy for the other room nothing else was done about the inconvenience. Other than that my stay was great."

"The Breakfast bar was the best I ever had. They had flavored creamer, and a lot high end restaurants don't have flavor creamer. The room was big. I had an accessible room, and I was able to move around the room with my rollator."

"Here is what makes this hotel unique is the the cleanliness of the room. Exceptional! It meets my standards. The staff is very polite, respectful with great customer service. They are prompt in attending to needs. This hotel serves hot meals for breakfast and dinner. I did not use the Hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Excellent stay!!"

Example, NO FREE PARKING, it's $22 per day, NO airport shuttle service. Hotel desk staff does not answer incoming phone calls. Calls are routed to a call service which was not helpful on specific concerns."

"I arrived shortly after 9:00 pm to discover that their office hours ended at 9:00. There was a number to call for checking in and the staff was quick to arrive. The room and linens were clean enough, but the room definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no waste basket in the room at all. Not even in the bathroom. There was also no remote for the TV. The mattress had seen better days, but I didn’t experience any sleep fairly comfortably. It was an extended stay type of property and...
