"The staff were friendly, however the standard of the room was very poor. The room smelled old, musty and moldy. The bathroom was dirty looking/feeling. The rubber bath mat was covered in black mould underneath and the tiles and grout in the shower looked dirty. The couch was essentially an outdoor metal setting with cushions and not comfortable for relaxing at all. The sliding door out to the balcony didn’t close properly, so a gap was continually letting a draft in and the glass was continually...
