"Jeg havde lejet et værelse med køkken, men oplevelsen var desværre skuffende. Rengøringen var dårlig, og der var næsten intet brugbart køkkengrej, hvilket gjorde det svært at lave mad. "It was out from town and there did not seem to be much nearby besides apartments. The staff had limited English and did not understand when I asked what time did the sauna close. The curtains were only sheer which made it difficult to sleep in when the sun rose 5am in May. A crack in a mirror in the room was covered with stickers."

"One of a kind, unusual, and historic. Very welcoming hotel staff and fascinating, charming grounds. There are numerous things to show children-- rabbits, old cars, etc. And the breakfasts were awesome! The nearby town is nondescript but the location was good forvisiting the Hill of the Crosses, Bauska Castle, and Rundales. Would stay here again."
