"Clean big rooms with access to nice warm pool and well equipped gym are the positives. Air conditioning could be better, it was just about manageable during our stay with outside temperatures of 20. If it’s any higher then can’t imagine being in the room. Hotel parking is expensive when a cheaper alternative is right next to the hotel"

"L'hôtel dispose d'une navette depuis l'aéroport et il est situé à proximité de transports en commun pour bouger sans difficultés! Je l'ai fait avec 3 enfants très facilement Le petit-déjeuner déjeuner est très qualitatif et copieux. Enfin un hôtel qui propose des plats sains, bons, variés et nourrissants. L'ensemble du personnel est adorable et particulièrement M. à la réception. Si je devais donner un axe d'amélioration ; ce serait des rangements dans 1 chambre familiale serait ...

"Tout était parfait sauf de mentionner que la navette pour l’aéroport est en fonction de la disponibilité, résultat nous avons dû payer un taxi pour l’aéroport. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel en fonction notamment de la navette"

"My paperwork said I had to pay for the shuttle bus , but in fact that was not required. I did not receive my room number and code to enter the room.I had to receive this from the recemption when I arrived , it was no problem though."

"It does not look like what is shown in pictures. It is a dated property and provides basic facilities. Cleanliness and breakfast options could be improved. For breakfast, even though they have vegetarian options they were not separated from meat options and risking cross contamination. On positive side, frequent shuttle service to arlanda airport and staff was really nice."

"It was my new experience. I never saw this kind of hotel in my lifetime. It was basement there was no elevator and the Stairs very very narrow. I had four luggage with me and you have to go from door to all the way back. Then you need to take that stairs for another follow up then you need to go down to the basement.. that room was not enough light and it’s very dark because it was the basement. The stuff she was not helpful. She was very rude. Also, she cannot speak English.."
