"This property is an old style chettinad mansion which has been modernised but retaining most of its original features. It's beautiful to look at but does not live up to its 5 star rating and definitely does not justify its sky high room rates. The staff appear untrained and look baffled at simple requests. "Very disappointed even after request room to be cleaned it was not done. New towels have to be requested everyday."

"The stay was good and the hotel staff were very courteous. I checked in at 4 AM and they took care of the process very well. For a small town good hotel and I recommend this property."
