"Hneď prvú noc problémy s ubytovaním. Toaletný papier už otvorený a v izbach bolo na apartmán strašné horko. Smradľavé a prepálené prádlo a použité tekuté najlacnejšie mydlo. Poloha super. "

"A estadia foi ótima. O hotel é muito confortável, quarto grande, ótimo banheiro, com roupa de cama e toalhas boas. No check-in, a funcionária Paula nos atendeu muito bem. Com extrema boa vontade, chegou a levar o carrinho de transporte de malas até o carro, já que o funcionário para isso não estava disponível naquele momento. Muito calma, simpática e solícita. Excelente café da manhã. Ótima vista do quarto para o Palácio da cidade. Hotel perto do centro antigo."

"We rented a two bedroom apartment at Anenská 1, which is close to the train station, but somewhat outside of the city centre. Any convenience of being close to the station was however reduced by having to pick up the key at Medena 10. The apartment is small but well planned, but in a very bad condition and filthy. Both paint and wallpaper were coming off the walls, furniture was broken and lamps and wall sockets were "fixed" with masking tape (which was also coming off). The pillows were so...

"The hotel is very nice and breakfast was wonderful. Our bubbler /spa tub did not work or we just did not know how to use it and once in…kinda late to call for directions. When you walk outside of hotel … first impression is area a little sketchy… but we actually had no problems even walking our dogs…and few blocks away the town is fabulous! I give it 5 stars for kindness and breakfast lady who makes best hot chocolate 10 stars!"
