The hot springs soak was nice (minus the guy who kept shushing even the people who were whispering) and the gift shop area was full out cute and useful items. They price was fantastic and I see us staying at the Charles more frequently!"

"An older property probably built in the 1950’s as a motel. Very clean. We arrived late at night, the desk clerk was friendly, fast, and had a sense of humor. The room had been renovated, even the ceiling was recently painted. The bathroom was mostly renovated, the tub was clean but showing its years. The bed was comfortable. The property was quiet. "

"My best friend and my husband and I wanted to experience the hot springs and this home was the perfect place to stay for us. Everything about this home inside and out from top to bottom seemed brand new and was absolutely comfortable. We all commented on the comfort of the beds. Additionally, there was an ample snack basket, full size shower products, and the communication from the hosts was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at this home."
