"Balcony - Lg room"

"The beds are very comfortable and everything was clean. The property could be kept up a little better, new paint and flooring would make it look neater. The breakfast was excellent and staff was very helpful."

"The night clerk directed us to the wrong unit so we wasted an hour looking for unit."

"Bathroom sink did not drain. Booked a king bed, seemed very small. Told front desk and they insisted it was a king. A standard king measurement is 80 inch by 76 inches. My bed was 72 inches by 68 inches!"

"Room was ok looking. The bathroom though appearing clean reeked of mildew. I had to close the bathroom door during my stay to keep the smell out. Carpet was also long overdue to be changed. Washcloths were also dingy looking. The bed was comfortable and the location was decent. Overall, the hotel could use an overhaul and management could use better attention to detail in terms of bathroom items. Dingy looking washcloths although clean smelling, is unacceptable."

"Room was clean & bed was very comfortable. Only drawback was the strong perfume/room deodorizer. Kept window open to help. Breakfast had very few selections toast, instant oatmeal, cereal, & yogurt. Plus 2 fresh fruits. Front desk person & manager very nice gentlemen whom was very helpful & welcoming."

"Great stay"

"The property has been recently renovated. Location was convenient. The room and bath area were modest in size and clean and quiet. The bed was very nice. It was a good value for the money. I would stay here again."

"Good"

"Rooms were clean, Private bath. Shared kitchen and living room which made for great company and the meeting of new friends. Met one couple at 7pm and chatted until after midnight. Not much in area for restaurants but you have use of the kitchen to reheat, cook or store food. Beautiful river on one side and the train line on the other. Ear plugs provided if you don't like the sounds of trains or you can watch the 103 cars go by. An interesting find with easy access after property provided...

"We booked this last minute, and while the location is very nice, the name is a bit misleading. It’s not actually "on the lake". Our “lakefront view” offered only a small glimpse of water in the distance through the trees, and there’s no direct lake access unless you drive through the neighborhood. Be sure to check operating hours—the lodge was closed during our stay, so we didn’t get the full experience. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the mattress was...

"Beautiful historical house Debra was the best host and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Excellent location off the GAP bike trail. We will be back again. No dislikes to be had"
