"Our stay was for only one night and overall was a very pleasant stay. We opted for the Cereal breakfast which in our mind equated to a continental style breakfast. Unfortunately there were no croissants or ham and cheese, just a bit of toast and some jam / honey plus cereal mainly from packets. Very disappointing especially since I had noticed the bakery van arrive earlier that morning. Overall a lovely hotel has let itself down with an uninspiring attempt at breakfast."

After a 3 hr journey I waited for approx 10mins at 'Reception' (a computer at the bar!) just wanting to find out where the hotel car-park was while a staff member had a long, long, discussion on the phone about a booking and my friend had pulled in to a lay-by outside.
