"The staff was outstanding, pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we had dinner one night and the steaks were excellent. I was able to extend checkout for an extra hour which was very helpful, as my granddaughter was able to ride the pony again. We participated in multiple activities such as Tomahawk and Archery; the attendants were helpful and provided positive feedback. The pool was chilly, but doable for children. "Clean room great bed & very helpful staff. Exercise room could use better equipment"

"The set up was perfect for families (we did two queens)- it had two separate bedrooms with a bed and full bathroom in each. Only one had a bathtub (the other was shower only), and the door separating the rooms had a lock on one side (to be a aware of if you stay with kids that may lock it). The breakfast was admittedly lackluster, but it was fine for free (waffles, juice, yogurt, packaged muffins). Overall, we’d do this one again."

"Guess I wasn't prepared for what I was to find while visiting. Perhaps it was because we had all just survived a long, hot Texas summer. However, the tranquility and beauty were healing to the soul. I kept thinking, "how did I not know of this place before". I'm not even sure I want to share it with friends as I never want it to change. Thank you to the family/team whom make this oasis so special. It truly is a site for sore eyes. Peace in the valley does exist."

"It was a cute place! Nice and quiet, we enjoyed our stay this year and will look forward to future stays."

"Old not clesan"

"The house is beautiful, clean and well kept. All beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the view from pool and patio area. We caught some beautiful sunrises, sunsets and full moons. It was very quiet and relaxing. For clarification, the house seems like an original home and a gorgeous add on (almost 2nd wing). There are 5 bedrooms with queen beds, their own bathroom and shower. Two living rooms and kitchens. The second living room has 6 Murphy style bunk beds. So they can be put up during the day....

"We booked this property for my Mother’s 80th birthday celebration. The whole family was able to stay at one location to enjoy fossil rim, dinosaur valley and dinners in Fort Worth and locally. The property is immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grounds were astounding a beautiful. We hiked, used the giant game barn, the hot tub and the comfortable sitting areas. Plenty of bathrooms and space for 10 people. Instructions and communication was perfect. Strongly recommend this...
