Room definitely needs more lighting and storage. No TV service, even after getting assistance to get online. AC unit in the room, unfortunately the last night, failed. "The hotel is a fun place to stay, we had a few issues with getting towels, they were always short on beach towels. The beach was cute but not anything like advertised in their pictures, beach was not cleaned up, very rocky, lots of cigarette butts in the sand. They also rented out the patio and beach space to other guests from the outside, which made it somewhat feel crowded, they also had kids around the area, even though they advertised it as an adult only hotel. "The sand castle in St. Croix is amazing. It only let me give five stars. If I could give 100 I would. Everyone was so kind and friendly. There were two beautiful pools and plenty of beach, chairs and umbrellas to go around. The beach was just stunning and is steps from the hotel. They provide snorkeling, equipment, kayaks, chair, covers, and beach towels at no charge. We stayed in the Secret Haven Villa which was perfect! "The room was comfortable and had more amenities than other places I have stayed in St.Croix. The owners were friendly and helpful. The views were beautiful and the breeze enjoyable in the evening. You do need an all wheel drive vehicle and should definitely arrive while it is still light out. The WiFi was dependable."

"The host let us check in early which was super helpful! Right when walking in you were welcomed with a great view of the ocean! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to sleep comfortably. There was an issue with the unit above us, which is not our hosts property but they helped out and remedied it quickly! They reaupplied our towels and are responsive when you reach out. Beach is pretty rocky so we went to other beaches to swim. Pool was clean and kids loved it! Thanks!"

Had metal poking up on both beds, screaming kids until 1 o’clock in the morning, banging on the walls and screaming rundown building when we asked for another unit, the other unit was exactly the same had bugs in it run down worthless bed the owner that told us that if we wanted a refund we had to turn over the keys and leave right now that was at 1:30 in the morning we had to sleep with our car on the streets of St. Croix.
