"My complaint was that I booked a King bed room. When we checked in they put us in a queen room. I returned to the reception desk to say that we wanted a king room and the agent insisted that we had a king room. finally, I said if you want to go look, it is not a king bed. I had to argue with them and eventually they put us in a king room. that was an unpleasant experience, after flying for over 14 hours.
